Q: Why do I need to purchase
an Extended Warranty now while my vehicle is still under factory
warranty?
A: Purchasing an extended warranty now guarantees you the best
coverage for the least amount of money. If you wait to purchase an
extended warranty, the price goes up considerably as your vehicle ages.
If you wait until your factory warranty has expired, the extended
coverage available for "used" vehicles may not be as comprehensive as
the coverage available to you now.
You may also use the Towing Allowance, Hotel/Motel Reimbursement, and
Car Rental Allowance (all with no deductibles) while your vehicle is
still under the factory warranty.
Q: How do I make a claim for repairs?
A: We have an EASY CLAIMS PROCEDURE. When you need repairs,
simply have your repair facility phone our claims department with an
estimate of the repair cost. After the approved repairs have been
completed to your satisfaction, we will then pay the cost of covered
repairs, less your deductible, with our corporate credit card over the
phone.
Q: What if I can’t afford this
warranty right now?
A: The question we would ask is “Can you afford a major repair to
your vehicle”? Or more importantly, “Can you afford to be without a
vehicle should a breakdown occur”? Tech II Protection has an installment
plan available for a nominal service charge. Just pay a small down
payment now followed by fourteen equal monthly payments to lock in your
coverage. Installments can be billed automatically to your credit or
debit card, or we can send you coupons to mail in your monthly check
payment. The option is yours.
Q: Why should I buy from you
and not my dealer?
A: Tech II Protection sells direct to consumers without the
overhead and sales commissions a dealership has. When you purchase the
same coverage from a dealership, they have their markup added into the
cost. It is not bumper to bumper coverage, but it’s a lot more

Q: How do I know you will be around to pay my
claim?
A: Our staff has been in the extended warranty business for many
years. Our plan administrator is nationally recognized and has been in
business for over two decades. Most important, all of our Plans are
insured. Thus, your investment in one of our Plans is protected in many
ways. We are licensed to do business in your state and you can check
with your State's Department of Insurance.

refund?
A: If you sell your vehicle, you can either transfer it to the
new owner (individuals only, no dealers) or you can get a pro-rated
refund of the remaining portion of your coverage, less claims paid where
applicable. Having an extended warranty provides added value if you
decide to sell your vehicle. Or, you can use the refund towards the
purchase of an extended warranty on your new vehicle.
